It’s called Clipped Bus because I analyzed a bunch of popular noise music signals and concluded they were mostly suffering from clipping so I cobbled together a fun noise supercollider program to make loud granular synthesized tracks.

Finally after a year-long disappearance the Edmontonian album “Dispatches from the Cultural Deprivation Tank” reappears. Originally released on Digital Dizzy records until bandcamp unceremoniously dumped their entire label, killing off an estimated 500 to 2000 albums.

The listening session is free and all-ages and runs from 7-9 p.m. A limited supply of the CD will also be available for sale.

After that, stick around to hear four of the CD’s live acts (S'sE Sessions, Himiko, Miguel Ferrer and Stephen Sereda) hit the stage from 9-11 p.m. Admission for this segment of the night is by donation and is for an 18+ audience.
